Excellent tool, support even better

Background: I have been a developer in an EDI (data upload/download) environment, and also run support teams for a number of years.
I had complex needs from a CSV upload tool, and bought the Pro version of this plugin.
Boy, did I not regret it. The sales team were helpful, and when I couldn’t make the tool do what I thought it could do (I told you I had complex needs!) the support team went out of their way to ensure that it could do it – releasing not one but two new versions of the plugin to address the two different issues I hit.
It’s a dream to use – great interface and really smooth operation – and they’ve thought about all the traditional “gotchas” in these scenarios like how to handle duplicates.
Can’t recommend the tool – or the company – enough. Many thanks guys! Keep up the good work!
