[Plugin: WordPress MU Sitewide Tags Pages] Sitewide Tags and P2 Theme

Using p2 theme on a sublog to host sitewide tags. I have twitter tools on the main blog that pings to twitter. When that gets sent out a duplicate tweet appears from the sublog with sitewide tags? I don’t have twitter tools installed on the sublog. what could be happening here?
