For me, the popup is opening fine on your site. Does thee issue you described happens after a user enters the card information and clicks the buy button? If yes, then something is interfering/conflicting when it is trying to make the API call. Please start by doing the following first to see if there are some clues (as to what is interfering) in the log file:

Also, you may have enabled the captcha option but it is missing the captcha API keys. Did you enter the captcha API keys?
