Cannot adjust shop columns for phone and tablet view

    Hi there,

    On our shop page I would like to edit how many products show up per column. However, no matter how I edit the module, it does not result in any changes on the tablet/ phone view, even though it works on the PC view.

    Even if it would work, it is a mystery to me, how you can have different settings, for example show two products per column on PC, but only one on phone view.

    Can anyone please help?

    Hi @creamdesign !

    Thank you for sharing the video. I can see that you are using a custom theme with a theme builder (which looks like Divi) to control how the products appear in your shop.

    Can you please confirm this? If that is the case please reach out to the theme and/or theme builder’s developers as they are the best source of support for this case ??

    While we’re experts on our own products, third-party plugins and themes are best supported by the plugin/theme developer.
    This particular forum is for questions that are directly related to the features and functionality of the free WooCommerce core plugin.
