    I’m getting some complaints that the consent keeps popping up after acceptance for users. Am I missing a setting?

    Greetings from Webtoffee!

    The consent of a user is saved using the cookie named viewed-cookie_policy. The duration of this cookie is 365 days. It will only be deleted after one year. So, ideally, the banner will be shown again to the visitor for consent only after a year from the acceptance of cookies.

    We couldn’t replicate the issue on your site. If you can share any particular step you followed to get this error, please let us know it. If possible share a screen record of the issue too.
