Flat Rate shipping fee isn’t displaying

Hey guys,
I have been building this site for a friend and we want to use two different shipping carriers for delivery of the store. DHL for international and Evri for UK only deliveries.
I have connected Evri to the site and it seems to be connected on Evri’s end.
When I try a test out, the shipping rates from Evri’s end for the UK, aren’t showing.
I have selected Flat Rate, with ‘None’ for Tax Status. Under cost, I’m using the following equation – [qty]*4.34
This site has Elementor Pro, Astra, Astra ‘Store’ theme and WooCommerce
I have tried to contact Evri, but no one will answer. I tried their chat online and all the options to select wanted tracking numbers, which I don’t have. The same when I call them. And they emailed me asking to set up a business account for them to help, which I don’t want to do. Just want to keep it as a pay as you go basis for now.
I don’t know if this is the best place to ask for assistance, I was just thinking that the issue might be on the site’s end as it seems to look fine on Evri’s end.
If anyone has had any experience with this or could point me in the right direction, I would be ever so grateful.

I also forgot to add that I have added the UK as a shipping zone. I haven’t added any more shipping zones.

I am not familiar with the Evri integration, which specific plugin you are using for the integration, or how that ties in with flat rates which is a standalone method.
As a first step, please provide us with your Status report, and also a screenshot of your overall shipping zones + your flat rate method, so we can take a closer look at that ad advise further.

Evri doesn’t have a plugin. It’s simply connecting a Consumer Key, Consumer Secret and the Shop URL and then linking the WooCommerce account.

In this equation, [qty]*4.34 – the 4.34 is in sterling pounds and represents the cost for delivery per item.
I have tried to attach some bits for you, but not too sure how to attach them for you. Would you be able to let me know how to do this, please and I will send them over for you.

Just for some background:
Zones match the customer address from top to bottom — the first to match the customer address is always used. In your case it was matching Worldwide shipping with disable flat rate, so it matched that first.
