    Hi,

    This looks similar: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/how-to-change-the-default-language-to-arabic/

I do not recommend doing it.

    Thanks! ??

Is there a way we can optimize the site so that when a user is landing on the site from their location they fetch the site in their local language. For eg – traffic coming from France automatically get the french version of the site.

    Hi,

You can use Auto switch to browser language which is more accurate than geo-location based language detection.

In addition to that if you use our paid version the content will be loaded in that language without the need to load the original version + translate it after page load.

In our paid version search engines will index the translated versions and if your website is found on search engine results pages it will appear in the correct language which had the keywords and personally I do not like forcing another language by auto detect feature for the traffic coming from search engines.

    Thanks! ??

Thank you for the suggestion. Auto switch is indeed a better option to go for.

However the language switcher does not seem to work on the web page for my client. Although it works for me. Client can see the website only in English even after selecting the French language from the dropdown. Browser and server level cache is purged, still not working. What can be the issue here.

I’m not sure, check the browser console and see if you see errors there.

Please make sure to you open a separate topic for each request.

    Thanks! ??
