Log in issues on dashboard

  • Hi,

    I’m using the Magazine Basic theme and am able to log into my Dashboard without any issue. However when I scroll down to “Magazine Basic> Header & Footer” and click(https://thedumbingofamerica.net/wp-admin/admin.php?page=MagazineBasic-Header), I get an error message that says, “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”

    What’s up? If I’ve inadvertently created another user name for editing this section of the dashboard, I don’t know what it is. How would I figure that out?

  • Just make sure that you are the admin of the site, then log out and log back in and try again. This has worked for me in the past.
