Wheel doesn work

Woocomerce wheel doesn show up in my shop page. I had activated to show up there (my shop page), but nothing happend. Only appears bug – my scrolling into the page disapear and user cannot scroll into the page. Im using premium wheel, please support me, I have to start ads campaign today with working wheel
