Always loads full size images

How do we set the image size and lazy loading for images in the timeline? It currently loads the full-size image for every entry, ballooning the page load size to 200 mb.

To confirm, this is using the “Cool Timeline Block” in horizontal mode.
The Image Size option described here doesn’t appear:
