    HI,
    Thank for this amazing tool!
    SO I am currently doing some testing and when registered as a user for my website.
    Here are issues that I am facing:
    – the upload button isn’t working to actually upload a file. it does open the file search box but when you click on open nothing happens.
    – the delete message for each user to delete their message isn’t working.

    I have a free course called (intro to french) where you can registered for test purpose to see what I mean for those issues.

    And the third thing is that when people are in a group chat we don’t know who is who
    NO name appears next or above the message send by user. Rirght now you can only see a avatar image but not the name of who wrote the message.

    Sorry for late. I check your issue on my local because I unable to check it on your live site. Your live site still showing a static site. I unable to go anywhere by click button on your landing page.

    However, I check above issue and found that, delete button aren’t appear. So I solved it and upload it with a new version. But I didn’t find anything about upload. Uploading are working well. After upload any image or file, just scroll down for see change.

    HI Omar! thank you for your reply.
    The website still static because there are ongoing changes in the back-end. For now I am kinda testing different plugins and see how it works. That is why I was recommending you to enroll for the intro to french course. it’s a test course to see the problem.
    I am still facing the problem!

    I deactivated the plugin and delete it and re-install but {deleted by moderator} or I highly prefer a zoom videocall at the time that suits you.

    While I know you have the best of intentions, it’s forum policy that you not ask users for admin or server access. Users on the forums aren’t your customers, they’re your open source collaborators, and requesting that kind of access can put you and them at high risk.
    If they are paying customers (such as people who bought a premium service/product from you) then by all means, direct them to your official customer support system. But in all other cases, you need to help them here on the forums.

    Thankfully are other ways to get information you need:

    We know volunteer support is not easy, and this guideline can feel needlessly restrictive. It’s actually there to protect you as much as end users. Should their site be hacked or have any issues after you accessed it, you could be held legally liable for damages. In addition, it’s difficult for end users to know the difference between helpful developers and people with malicious intentions. Because of that, we rely on plugin developers and long-standing volunteers (like you) to help us and uphold this particular guideline.
    When you help users here and in public, you also help the next person with the same problem. They’ll be able to read the debugging and solution and educate themselves. That’s how we get the next generation of developers.

    Hope no need your live credentials, I will test above issue on my local and will update you soon about file upload. Wait 2-3 days.
