Thank you for your reply. Because I use WordPress hosting only so there is no option for me to access that function, I can only log in to WordPress from name.com dashboard.

*if you are in charge of running a self-hosted site (i.e. hosted on name.com) powered by www.ads-software.com application, it’s very important to have access to files and database.

*if it is not possible for you to get to the important parts of your website hosted by name.com, it would be best to ask name.com support team to help you resolve the situation.

*SUGGESTION: maybe name.com could help you restore your website to a previously working version using the automated backup that seems to be included in name.com’s “WordPress” hosting plan.

*volunteers on this forum do not have access to your files or database.

I use shared WordPress hosting on Name.com so I can’t access the cpanel or PHPMyAdmin to manually fix it.

If you mean NameCheap’s managed WordPress hosting, you may not have the familiar cPanel and phpMyAdmin per se… but you definitely have other means to access your site’s files and database.

As Lisa suggested, please contact your host. They are the only ones who can help you in situations like this.
