Looking for solutions

I have been on a long and frustrating search for a bulk pricing and extra option plugin that will work together. Seems that most that I have contacted about this have not been able to visualize my objectives, so I am not really sure how to explain to be understood. The idea and concept to me seems too obvious. Let me try again here:
Here is a sample product page with price modifying options:

The page works great without bulk pricing.

I have a different bulk pricing plugin running which is almost perfect.
All Bulk pricing is applied to both the shirt and the options combined which is perfect.
But the pricing table does not update with the options selected.
I am looking for a set of plugins that will do everything this page does plus a live update of the price table.

The short of what I am looking for is:
#1: Be able to add a bulk pricing option that apply a quantity based discount on the total price including selected options.
#2: Display a bulk pricing table that updates with options selected.

On this page, https://www.elsographics.com/product/18-oz-stein-w-fluted-bottom/ I have the same extra option plugin as the above shirt pages combined with Tiered Pricing Table for WooCommerce (https://woocommerce.com/products/tiered-pricing-table-for-woocommerce/)
This mug page uses the attribute/variances feature for price modifying.
The bulk price table updates with the options.

Due to the potential number of possible pricing combinations for the shirt page the attribute/variances method will not work.

I have tried several different plugin combinations (most being refunded within the typical 30 day time frame).

Will your plugin(s) meet the objectives described about?
