Migrate from www.ads-software.com self hosted to WordPress.com subdomain

  • Hello,

    My current website is a self hosted wordpress site (though tsohost) with the domain naturekimberley.com but I want to transfer it back to being hosted by wordpress and using the free wordpress hosting and subdomain naturekimberley.

    I spoke to the tsohost and they said they need a DNS but I cannot find a DNS for the new wordpress subdomain? I also tried migrating it myself but it seems I can only do this on the “pro” plan which I do not want at the moment.

    Any help would be much appreciated!

    A little correction: you want to transfer it back to being hosted with WordPress.COM, a 3rd-party hosting service, and not WordPress (the free software, developed at www.ads-software.com).

    As to your question, since this relates to the WordPress.COM hosting service, and not the WordPress site builder software, you’ll have to contact them for help, as we cannot answer questions about any hosting provider’s service.
