    Hi

    I am trying to connect to Facebook via your plugin.
    I used this plugin years ago and at this time I was connected to one Business Manager/ FB Page. I do not use this BM or Page anymore and would like to connect it to the new one.

    I’ve tried to reset everything via Facebook for WooCommerce – settings tools plugin but with no luck.
    Is there any other way of removing old information from a plugin?

    Alternatively, please try downloading and uploading this mini-extension we developed for the kind of issue you have; it will add a new tool available at WooCommerce > Status > Tools called Reset Facebook for WooCommerce settings.

    Please click the Reset settings button and try again to connect to your Facebook account.

    As I said in my original post I already did it and it does not help.

    Plugin keeps trying to re connect to my old Business Manager.

    Is there any other way to remove this from database?

    Hi @zielakowy, I’m happy to help further.

    The best way to ensure it doesn’t keep connecting to your old account is to delete the plugin’s table from your site’s database. You can use PHPmyadmin or the WP PHPmyAdmin plugin.

    Here are the steps:

    * Access your site’s database using any of the above methods.

    * Go to the options table (e.g, wp_options) > Search the option_name for %%like%% with a value of wc_facebook

    That will show all the options saved for the Facebook for WooCommerce extension, select all and delete.
