I was hoping for a possible update in this issue … I believe it is the same issue I am seeing, but I will fully describe it below to ensure it in fact is the same.
I have customers over time create “new” accounts (woocommerce) because they have changed their email address and instead of just correcting their current account they just make a new one. NOT a big deal WP User Merger to the rescue to merge the accounts.
However after the merger (which works as stated it should) I find that if I go under woocommerce/orders in woocommerce and look up the customer all their orders from all time show as expected (14 in this example). *** BUT *** If I go to woocommerce/customers in woocommerce section and look up the same customer only the number of Orders of the account that all user accounts were merged into shows (9 in this example).
So If that is happening (which I can work around) I assume it is also affecting the woocommerce reports to some extent. I pull a report twice a year to look at my top 10 customers (by amount of dollars spent) and reward them with some sort of gift. I believe the report is pulled via the Customer side of woocommerce (in this case only 9 orders not the actual 14 orders).
So any update on this would be appreciated
Thank you.
