    I’ve actually had this for several months already, but I’ve only recently got it into a presentable state. So the layout is based on an amalgamation of various other layouts that I liked and some of my own ideas. Please tell me what you think, especially if you think the font is too small. I like to fit a lot of content in a smaller space, but sometimes I choose font sizes that are too small. I welcome all constructive criticism!

    Also, please tell me if the main column is centered in the middle of the page. It’s supposed to be, but it never turns out that way for me.

    No…the site is aligned to the left side. also, that sitemeter.com counter in the sidebar has to go…or make it much smaller, it draws your eye right to it. i like the header image.

    Thanks for your comments! I switched the meter back to the smaller one and now it’s more the size of the rest of the text.

    And drat about the alignment.

    It could do with more white space: left and right margins, between the content and the sidebar. Also I think the sidebar could use a little more space between each new section.

    What does the “Recently” section do for your visitors? Could they be links perhaps? Good use of color and I like your search bar. ??

    The “Recently” section was just a whim, more or less. I’ve had something like it on all of my blogs. I’ll look into linking them, maybe using Amazon or something.

    I was beginning to think the content was getting too squished. I’ll try out expanding the margins a bit. I may just make the whole thing a little wider.
