no logo output if paste / forward url

    Hello,

    If / when we sent / forward any giving URL via i.e. whatsapp it “normally” would also output our related website(s) set logo beautifully. The set logo doesn’t output anymore at the sender and/or receiver for a couple of months or so..

    Any suggestion what param or customization we need to apply to re-enable or restore this graphical functional output back again.

    Note there’s a possibility previous -rank math- not fully clean removed code caused our logo to output(?)

    Hi,

    you don’t have any og:image tag defined.

    Please follow this tutorial to fix this and clear your cache after the changes.

    You maybe could automate it on any specific WP-installment’s theme for its website icon and/or logo set..

    Hello Benjamin,

    Great! We actually had / have Knowledge Graph already set for the correct Logo image output(?).

    Currently Face Book (Open Graph) is additionally set + override (check-box) to flatten initial ticket requested output.

    Another important but different Favicon image was / is already theme set (likewise Logo image) to output at browser tabs.. (no change / still outputs stable)

    Hello Benjamin,

    Appreciate the speed.

    Well as explained initially when any of our specific URL is pasted inside whatsapp (or any DM) to send at receiver the set favicon / logo doesn’t output anymore at both ends.

    This hasn’t been the case a few months back and seemed to have flattened few weeks ago but this bug unfortunately returned.

    We haven’t changed / altered any params only followed up on all your updates.

    Hope you can drop a quick fix / workaround.
