I made “wordpress-app web” configuration. I have 40 subscribers, when I send it always turns out 0 or 1-2 clicks. I myself have 3 mobile phones (2 Android) and they do not reach me, neither when the phone is open nor when the phone is locked (Internet Samsun with notify active). To me it arrives push only on the same PC from which I send (windows) but it is a little window at the bottom right that appears 2-3 seconds and disappears immediately. It can’t make results (nobody has time to read and click) Can you tell me what to check for a better behavior please? Thank you

The most common reasons for not getting push on web are:

– turning off notifications at the Operating System level
– a bad internet connection
– your device is not subscribed or targeted for the push notification.

Thanks for your kind feedback, I am very grateful to you. Can I ask you: did you receive the ‘welcome message’? In many it seems not.
In any case, I take this opportunity to ask you for an technical advice:
I am sure that the notification appears regolary on pc (windows) but it disappears too soon… Do I have a function in which I can intervene to extend the time of display of the notification? (I did choose “NO” on “Hide notifications after a few seconds” but nothing change).
It is very important for me to extend… “few seconds”…
