Redirection from full URL

We’re migrating our blog from blog.raklet.net to https://www.raklet.net
How can we make sure that the old URLs are going to be forwarding properly?
FROM: https://blog.raklet.net/ehff-best-nonprofit-software-for-events/
TO: https://www.raklet.net/ehff-best-nonprofit-software-for-events/Source URL lets us use only relative paths so we can not add any redirections to old url.
