    Thanks for reaching out!

    Did you change your email account password? or you may have not configured the WP Mail SMTP plugin correctly on your site.

    First, you need to configure the WP Mail SMTP plugin by following our guide here (https://wpmailsmtp.com/docs/how-to-set-up-the-other-smtp-mailer-in-wp-mail-smtp/).

    After that, try sending a test email (WP Mail SMTP -> Tools) to check your email deliverability.

    When you send a test email from WP Mail SMTP > Tools area, you should be able to see the full error. Here’s a screenshot of the option to get a full error log. This will provide you with an idea of what might be going on.

    Then, get in touch with your email provider or hosting support with the full error log and they should be able to assist you further.
