corephp 2.7.1. to latest 3.0 and agora conversion

    a) I bought this corephp integration some years ago
    It is far to expensive for me to subscribe to :-((

    How do I upgrade this old wp to a newer one (3.0) ??

    b) How do I export my Agora forum content (40 posts ) to wordpress
    (mmy agora forum is closed down, but I want to keep some of the posts and photos)
