    I’m so very close!
I have been testing the booking process and a few things I am not able to figure out:

1)Since it goes directly to Paypal, the guest does not have a place to enter their name and contact info so the emails do not have their name on them. Is there a way to obtain that if they do not create an account? Many people will do this tour only one time and won’t want an account. I’m afraid it might deter them from booking.

    2) Formatting of the email is scrunched. It is formatted fine on the settings but when I test it, it’s not good.
See attached for actual vs. set up:

    3) Why do they get an email that their tour is confirmed before they even pay? That is odd.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi @lbrashear Thank you for Using Yatra WordPress Plugin.

    Reply for 1:
You can enable guest checkout to get the necessary fields ( eg: phone number etc ). To enable guest checkout please follow this documentation https://wpyatra.com/docs/yatra/yatra-settings/checkout/( But if someone already logged in those fields will not appear on guest checkout too )
    Reply for 2:
Preview on Yatra setting and actual email design might be different for now because the email customization feature is only to modify the content of the email, not the design, we will add a preview option soon on email template.
    Reply for 3:
By default, customers get an email when they submit for booking. Because there might be book now pay later option too on booking.

If you have a further queries about the plugin please open this topic again. If you need more features on the plugin you can send us a feature request from here (https://wpyatra.com/yatra-plugin-roadmap/) so that we will add your request in next possible upcoming version.

    1) It did not show the fields but I got it to show them after testing plugins and emptying cache
    2) OK. The scrunched email is not ideal ??
    3) Is there a way to turn this off?

About 3, You can disable the email from https://portlandrainbowbikes.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=yatra-settings&tab=emails&section=booking_notification

    Settings->Emails -> Booking Notification
And you can disable for customer from
    Booking notification email: To Customer
    – please disable this option to disable booking notification to customer.

Booking notification email: To Admin – please disable this option to disable booking notification to admin

If you have any other further query please let us know.

OK I disabled the first email and tested. Unfortunately, the “confirmed” email never came (for the guest or the admin)

If you enable the booking status change notification email then it should work if your booking status changed ( completed – When payment success ).
If still not working then we will help you on that, please send your login details to [email protected] so that our technical team will recheck the issue directly on your site.
