New Products Not Covered by Search

    hello,

    we have added many products of this faculty recently. But none are appearing in shop or after using this search filter even..

    I tried regenerating product lookup tables and other regenerations but nothing worked.

    Please help me.

    I understand that your new products are not displayed in search results.

    I tried regenerating product lookup tables and other regenerations but nothing worked.

    Since this can be ruled out, please could you do the following:

    – Clear your site and browser cache
    – Ensure the WooCommerce plugin is updated to its latest version
    – Check that your Woocommerce Database is updated to match the WC version.
    – Disable any caching plugins and then try search again.

    Before doing this, please ensure that you have a good backup of your full site and database in place before doing the updates, so that, should something go wrong, you are able to easily restore your site to a functioning state.

    Most hosting providers have this included in the subscription however, you may also consider using a service such as Jetpack, or a plugin like UpdraftPlus.

    I understand that your new products are not showing using the search filter:

    Here are some steps that would help resolve this:

    1. Try to regenerate the product lookup again and see if it works in an incognito window
    2. Do a plugin and theme conflict test: The best way to do this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.`

    3. If that does not help, install the Wp-Control plugin and check if there are any lockout set.

    If all these don’t help, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    • Fatal Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).

    Also, please share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → System Status → Logs (if available).

    hello,

    there are no error logs present.

    Strange but those products which were not appearing earlier are appearing now. So if issue will persist again. I will contact here. Thanks.
