No title until hover effect on Image Hover Effect

    Really like the Image Hover Effect widget, except the title appears on the screen the entire time. I don’t want that to appear until the hover actually takes place. Any way to incorporate that?

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    I would like to inform you that the title of the Image Hover effect widget is a non-hover HTML element. By default, Options for moving the title for the hover effect are now unavailable.

    You can change/write code to change the Title placement from the core plugin file.
