Translation Not Updating

I started using Loco to translate a theme from English to Arabic and French, and I find it to be a very useful plugin.

Translating strings works just fine for the first time, but after editing the same translation, no changes seem to take place (I thought that it could be a cache problem so I purged the cache and tried deactivating the other plugins). For some reason, after saving the first version of the translation of any given string, the changes made after it do not work.

I would appreciate any help in solving this issue.
