Scheduling ads by time of day?

I’m looking for a plugin (or any solution) that will allow me to very precisely schedule ads by time of day.

In other words, I want the site to display one ad from 8 am to 12 pm, and a different from from 12 pm to 6 pm (let’s say).

Are there any plugins that will do that?
