    Hello,

All of my post image galleries suddenly changed from showing 2 or 3 columns to one.

I disabled plugins (including Elementor), switched themes, changed the image size and re-created the gallery, but none of these things correct the gallery columns (tested in a private window).

I recently created a post with just the built-in WP editor and the galleries show up properly (with 2 columns), which suggests it’s an Elementor issue??

Thanks in advance for help ??

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi,

Is this the section you are referring to?

If so, could you please let me know which widget did you use?

    Yes it is.

When I’m in the main page builder, I clicked “add media” then “create gallery” to insert it directly in with the text.

Hi @cora03 , after checking this further I have found that this is actually a bug. It has already been reported on our end, however, at the moment the only workaround is to use custom code.

Good to know, thanks! Can you instruct me on the custom code? Would it need to be added to each gallery, or can I add it once for the entire site?

Unfortunately, I am unable to provide custom code. As a workaround, I suggest you join the Elementor Facebook Community? where you can find a supportive and helpful community of experienced users that are happy to provide useful tips and tricks.

As for the code itself, you can add it to your theme through the WP Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.

The bug is only with a single post template, thus on a regular page, the gallery should display fine.

    Okay, thanks!
