It is very strange because the site is available in Latin America and Europe. In fact, I can assure you that it is available and we have received no complaints.

What country is your IP from?

Anyway the site does not return webp images and I can confirm this on yet another site:

    https://urumepa.org.uy/

Unfortunately, webp images do not work on this site either.

@jubilo The website https://urumepa.org.uy/ doesn’t load at our side we are accessing your site from India, does you host blocks traffic from other countries?

If it was blocked, my apologies. Please try again now.

    Both site same issue.

    Hi @jubilo

The webp format is served. Please refer this screenshot.
    https://prnt.sc/naAiv4r4vUom

When you look at source code or cached file, you’ll find that there are no webp, but just original jpg/png. It is because not all browsers can show webp formats. So, here we are using redirects when a browser is compatible otherwise the original format will be served.

Its true, Iam sorry, the plugin works perfeclty!!

In case this helps some other users, I was seeing that jpeg and png files were still being served on my site. I realized that the CDN that I use (Cloudflare in my case) was serving responses which had been cached prior to me generating webp files using WP-Optimize. If you are using a CDN, you may see similar results. You can clear your CDN’s cache manually to see the webp files get served, or you can just wait for the cache to expire.
