    Hi,

I have an issue with Neve theme’s template “Original”. Everything looks fine in the backend: https://ibb.co/XjqFYSM

But in the frontend, the layout is a mess: https://ibb.co/yymMh6c

The site (theme, WordPress version, plugins) is up-to-date, and I’ve also tried deactivating the plugins while always refreshing without cache.

What’s the problem? How can it be solved?

Thanks and have a great day!
    Schdiwi

    Hello @schdiwi ,

Thank you for using Neve and apologies for the delayed reply!

Can you please share the website URL of these pages so we can take a further look?

From what you mentioned (checking for plugin conflicts and cache) it seems like there might be an issue with the environment setup itself.

Thank you and we’ll be waiting for your reply!

    Hi @schdiwi,

Unfortunately I am not able to replicate this issue on my instance, so it may occur due to a plugin conflict on your end. Could you please deactivate the plugins once more and check if the issue persists? To do this without disabling the plugins manually, please install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin, enable the troubleshooting mode which will deactivate all plugins and check if the issue persists. If the problem doesn’t occur anymore, it means it was indeed caused by a plugin conflict and you should reactivate the plugins one by one, until you find the culprit. Then, replace that plugin with an alternative one. If this doesn’t help, please provide us the URL to your site so we can take a closer look at the issue.

    Have a nice day!
