is there a plug-in to have different postheadericon.png images for each post???

Hey everyone, I was wondering if there was a plug-in/add-on to allow me to have a different postheadericon.png for each new post. I dont want random ones, im actually running a sports site and I would like to have the team logo next to the news title for each post.(I already made web2.0 icons for each team but they are not the ones you will see in the image, the ones in the image below are older)

Possibly a plug-in that all I have to do when posting a new article is select the catagory (each team has one) and it will post the team logo next to the news header. Basically a plugin that allows me to pick an image for each catagory and that image is where the postheadericon.png goes. I attached a picture to show you what I mean, so click “Reference Image” below to see exactly what im talking about.

ANY help will be better then no help. So I would greatly appreciate any help I can get. Im not new to wordpress, im actually quite experienced and I have coded my own themes from scratch, thats besides the point lol im just looking for a plugin to help me with what I need to do, I dont want to write one myself.
