    When I try to copy one of my active feeds and change the copied versions name, the XML file displays as blank.

    After reading this forum, I found this article (Forcefully reset plugin deduplication counter) which temporarily resolves the solution and populates the xml file again.

    I have also tried deleting the plugin, and re-installing it, as well as creating several different feeds

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

    The feature “Forcefully reset plugin deduplication counter” is not related to empty feeds and solving it.

    There are a couple of configuration reasons as to why your feeds could be empty. We have listed those reasons here: https://adtribes.io/help-i-have-none-or-less-products-in-my-product-feed-than-expected/. Could you go through the reasons mentioned and see if any could be causing the empty feed for you?

    Also, you describing the issue sounds like this could also be a potential caching issue. Are you running a caching plugin or doing server-side caching? If so, make sure to exclude your feed URL’s (or the entire directory) from being cached and make sure to clear/flush your caching.
