Insufficient manuals & not intuitive. Not for starters

Manuals insufficient. Not intuitive. Support chat not helping. Doesn’t update information that was changed in “audience name & campaign default” in the subscription confirmation mails. 4 hours, to just have the simpliest newsletter sign-up shortcode. And then only working with data when I once tried this with another website. Now I know again, why I did nothing with mailchimp.
