Post Pending Review

Good Afternoon,

Our platform enables users to submit a vehicle listing for sale on our digital showroom platform. Before the listing is published, we check the listing details in the back end before approving it to go live on our website.

Rather than manually checking every new submission that comes through, I want a notification to update us when someone submits a new listing. I have therefore enabled the ‘Post Pending Review’ notification, but unfortunately this is not firing.

Is this because they are submitting the details via a pop up contact form on the front end? If so, what do I need to do to get this to fire?

Any guidance would be most helpful.
