  • Were you talking about that big file type icon with the arrow to the right side image? Im having the same issue. Looks like you got rid of it. How did you get rid of it? Thanks.

    Hello @recoil9 and @tchesta

    Our apologies for this glitch.
    It impacts anyone that is using the Skeleton Styles option under Events > Settings > Display.

    The good news is that we are working on a fix for this in our next release.

    In the meantime, you can:

    1. Temporarily use the “Tribe Events” styles
    2. Use the following piece of CSS
    svg.tribe-common-c-svgicon--cal-export{
    height: 16px;
    }

    Best regards,
    Geoff

    Hello @recoil9 I did just use “Tribe Event Style” for Event Template. That did fix the visual bug but the fonts are not as programmed.

    Thank you @recoil9 for this solution. I hope that you’ll can fix this soon because the fonts of “Tribe Event Style” are not the same as I want them to be and can’t change them apparently.

    I changed to the tribe event style and now it added my event to the next day and changed the times when checking front end display. If I edit event to correct it, it shows same day with correct hours. ??? How can it display different information from the edit screen? I dont understand this.

    edit….i just deleted and re-added event without adding venue or organizer. Now it shows properly, so i guess the google maps or something was throwing it off?

    Hello @recoil9,

    Sorry to hear that you’re having this issue here. Could you provide me the direct URL to the page you’re having issues with?

    I suspect that this could be because the Timezones are not set properly. We suggest you select the location-based timezone. See the article here to learn more → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/working-with-time-zones/.

    i just deleted and re-added event without adding venue or organizer. Now it shows properly, so i guess the google maps or something was throwing it off?

    This is definitely weird, however, could you set the timezone setting and see if that makes a difference.

    Looking forward to helping you with this one.
