Conditional course conditions on lessons and quiz
-
Hello!
First and foremost, thank you very much to the team behind the development of this wondeful LMS plugin for WordPress. I was initially planning to use Moodle to develop my learning platform, but having been a former WordPress developer, I opted for this solution since unless you have the luxury of time, it’s usually better the devil you know. I examined nine LMS plugins but in the end, I considered only two. The other one got eliminated because it requires Woocomerce before I can sell course, whereas this one does not.
Now, I am currently using a test site to test the functions of LMS by Masteriyo. It is almost perfect for my needs except for two things.
- The user can complete a lesson by just clicking the Mark as Complete button
- The user can complete a quiz by clicking Complete Quiz after taking it only once, regardless of whether they passed or fail.
Thus, the system will acknowlege that the learner completed a course even if all they did is to just click “Mark as Complete” and “Complete Quiz”
Now this is my question, or consider it a suggested feature if it is not yet available.
- The lesson is a video. Can I disable the Mark as Complete button until the video finishes playing?
- Can the Complete Quiz button be disabled by default, and it can be enabled only by a passing quiz score?
I hope at least one of these two are available or someone in this forum can provide a solution.
Nice to have: I hope there is a function that can let the user/admin set up the maximum width for the lesson. Currently the maximum width is somewhere between 800 or 900 pixels I think. I already solved this by changing something in one of the javascripts, but this is not an optimal solution. If the plugin updates, the modifications I made will be gone.
