Broken to the point of useless

I tried 4 times to import from a “file” export. Various sizes from 600M to 900M. While the file uploads (purportedly), the system then just hangs at 100%. Could only get it to work at $200M so I ended up just doing staging site install manually.

I’ve used this program a couple of times. I guess I don’t blame them hiding a lot of functionality in extensions that cost money.

On the other hand, if it doesn’t work, I am certainly not going to spend money on an extension hoping that will fix my problem.
