Bad permalink!

Recently, I use permalink manager to manage links in my WordPress site.
It’s great for me to self-define the link of an article/post. However, there is exactly an annoying ‘optimization’——It changes the format of all of my original links!
For example, one of my links is ‘https://blognas.hwb0307.com/skill/1734’. Permalink manager would change it into ‘https://blognas.hwb0307.com/skill/1734/typora-%E5%9C%B0%E8%A1%A8%E6%9C%80%E5%BC%BAmarkdown%E7%BC%96%E8%BE%91%E5%99%A8%E4%B9%8B%E4%B8%80’. This plugin seems to add the title to the end of the links. I don’t want this happening, but I could not do anything to stop it unless not using this plugin. Using “Regenerate/reset” tool can also not help (I had set post types of articles as ‘%category%/%post_id%’).
Any suggestions?
