    Every couple of days or even several times a day, I get this error message from Rank Math: “Your site URL has changed since you connected to Rank Math. Click here to reconnect.”

    Sometimes I click and reconnect and I still get the error message immediately afterward.

    Has this happened to any one else and if so, what was the problem?

    *No, I won’t give support my login or FTP or use any kind of login app. I’d prefer to delete the plugin than do that *

    Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Please make sure that you are using the latest version of our plugin: https://rankmath.com/changelog/

    Also, please make sure that the Home URL and the Site URL are the same in WP Dashboard > Settings > General.

    I have the same issue with several of my websites. My WP Address URL and Site Address URLs are the same in General Settings. Nothing changes but I keep getting an error “Your site URL has changed since you connected to Rank Math. Click here to reconnect.”

    Based on information in support forums I tried adding the following to config.php but it doesn’t help.

    The fact that this is happening to many of my websites, and it has happened to the above original author of this ticket indicates to me that there is a problem.

    How do we fix it please?

    I’ve been suffering from this issue since I purchased the plugin. Am now going to update to the latest version to see if it fixes it ??

    Could you please add this filter to your website?

    Here’s how you can add the filter: https://rankmath.com/kb/wordpress-hooks-actions-filters/

    Once done, please clear your website’s cache and reconnect your Rank Math account one more time and see if that helps.

    You’ll need to add the 40th filter of the “Settings” section.

    Here’s the filter:

    /**
    * Filter whether we need to check for URL mismatch or not.
    */
    add_filter( 'rank_math/registration/do_url_check', '__return_false' );

    I do have the same problem; can’t get site to be connected to RankMath.
    I use Multisite setup and CAN connect my network’s main WordPress (though this doesn’t make any sense to me), but none of my Multisite’s sites…

    @andyreutimann, the correct way to use our plugin on a multisite setup is to install it on the network but only activate it on specific subsites.

    Please deactivate it on the network and then activate it on the subsites and connect with your account. If the issue persists, please open a new support thread so we can assist you better.

    Hi, I have a similar issue here: Seems like your site URL has changed since you connected to Rank Math. Click here to reconnect. And when I do that, it leads me into the domain without SSL (HTTP) which is really weird.
    Can someone explain this to me?
