Themes aren't working at all?

    I was running a 2.9 version of WordPress with Arras theme installed. I made the upgrade to 3.0 successfully, except I can’t now use any theme except Arras. I have tried themes made by myself, themes made by others and the stock 3.0 theme. All give incorrect results. See the image below to see what I mean.

    You see? Pretty strange in my opinion. If I can’t work it out, I may have to re-install and just import the current posts and stuff.
