Issues with delivery/pickup options

Hi guys,
I am trying to make things easier for a client who is running a retail store from woocommerce, and somehow people still manage to by-pass the “pickup” or “delivery” fields. we have hidden fields, added reminders etc, but we are finding customers are just oblivious.
anyways,we want to set it up so when they go to the shop page it prompts them to select “delivery” or “pickup” (similiar thenguyens.ca ordering, thats a restaurant though) i cant seem to find a way to seperate so when they do select one or the other, it eliminates the other option completely from checkout.any help?
basically – i want to make a retail stores checkout process the same as thenguyens.ca is.

You can configure it to show delivery or pick up:
