photo gallery removal

    Hi all, I have an issue whereby I cannot edit any of the galleries, all I get is a constant timer. I have tried rolling back to an earlier version and then updatying again but nothing resolves the issue. I was contemplating removing the plugin altogether and re-install but want to ensure that I wont lose the created galleries.

    Can anyone advise as to whether the galleries will be retained if I remove and reinstall the app.

    Hi,

    Please note that if you uninstall the plugin, you will lose all the galleries.

    With a bit of detailed information, we can help you resolve this problem. Do you get the issue when uploading new images? When you try to add images, please Right-click on the page >>>?Inspect element and look for JavaScript errors on the?Console tab.
    If possible, please send us a screenshot or a copy of the errors you see.

    Thanks for the reply, the issue occurs as soon as I try to edit or add a gallery within the control panel all that happens is I get this screen https://tinyurl.com/27hnxyjr and nothing ever resolves.

    I have tried rolling back, updating, removing but nothing resolves the issue. I thought it might have been abn optimisation setting in perfmatters but have tried disabling that plugin but the issue continues. The only error I can see is the one below if it helps.

    Okay panic over, I have found the culprit, the issue was caused by a weather plugin update. Thanks to those who offered help.
