How to restrict users access some Plugin / Customized fuction

    Hi

    I have some plugins and custom made functions, how to restrict users login to admin panel can use some plugins, cannot use some plugins

    ==============================
    For Example: USER A

    Woocomerce Discount Rules — Granded
    All in One SEO — denied
    ==============================

    I checked woocommerce user role and capabilities, not included such plugin in capabilities.

    How to make it work ?
