Would you be kind enough to post the website’s URL so we can check a few things out?

    Thanks!

Hmm… I’ve looked at your website and saw that the icon containers aren’t even sent to the front end. This is completely weird and I haven’t been able to replicate this on my end.

Can you please try one thing for me? Can you go to the widgets section and change a few things, trigger a save, then revert the widget changes back to what they were — just on the contacts widget. I’m thinking something must’ve not migrated correctly during the update.

    Thanks!

Scratch everything I’ve said. We have managed to find the issue and as soon as I have the fix from our developers, I’ll get back to you with it. ??

    Thanks.

Great, because remove and add contact info widget didn’t help.

    Thanks

    Hello @illycz

Good news! We’ve been able to identify and fix the issue. Please install the attached Companion plugin here and it should be fixed. Also, when the full update releases, please update as normal as it will also contain the fix.

    You’re welcome, @illycz ??

I’m running into the same issue with Blocksy Companion Premium Version 1.8.52. Widget menu icons don’t display and aren’t in code when inspected with dev tools.

Thanks for the reply. The widget with the icon issue is the topics sidebar.

    Hello @boomspot

Well, I’m not sure what’s “not working” anymore, because on my phone, the phone icons definitely work — https://streamable.com/pg59tq.

Could you please get back to us with more details on this one? What phone are you using? What operating system is it running? Details like these are crucial in diagnosing the “issue”.

    Thanks!

I should have been more specific. I’m referring to the desktop sidebar widget that is using a navigation menu with icons assigned to the items. The icons for the tan widget are not displaying.

    Regards.

    Hello @boomspot

Well, I’m really sorry, but this is a completely different issue. It is not related to “contacts in footer not working” at all, so I wouldn’t have been able to guess that.

Also, as far as I can see, the widget that you’ve embedded is a menu and as far as I know, the menu widget never had “icons” available.

Are you completely confident about this? I honestly think you’re confusing things a bit here.

    Thanks!

Perhaps I need to open a new thread. I’m using an advanced menu navigation menu in a widget. The navigation supports icons, not confused at all. Just seeking support as to why it’s not working as expected.

    Thanks.
