Notifications of new topic not being sent

    I have set up bbPns to send out notifications on new topics.

    The Dry Run test shows that it is picking up the people I need to send the notification to and lists all the emails to be sent out.

    However, in the live situation, it only sends out 1 email – to the first person on the list. The email logs show no other emails sent out.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Please send me the info found in the bbpnns support tab as well as the output of the dry-run. Let me know which users you are expecting to see in the final recipient list and which ones are not. Make sure to run the Dry Run tool using a topic or reply that is problematic in the live scenario.

    Thanks for your reply.

    I did some additional debugging and it appears the server was running out of memory.

    I managed to fix that and now the emails are going out.
