Form does not register the submissions

    Hi there,

    The plugin is great and I used it long time ago, but since 1st of Jully it does not register the submissions, either din not shows the Custom text message after the submission is done. The inputed text in the cases remain on place, and just nothing are happing.
    Can you support me on this issue please?

    Hello dear @petruvizitiu ,
    Thanks for your inquiry.

    To solve the issue, please try to follow 2 steps:
    Navigate to Form Maker >>> Options and enable Ajax Submit option, see the screenshot. It should fix the issue. If not then please try option 2.
    If you have any caching or optimizing plugins, please exclude the form page from being cached/optimized, then clear website cookies and cache and check again.

    Hi Mane,

    Thank you for your fast replay. I’ve rolled the both steps you have proposed (activation of Ajax option and I do not have anny optimizing plugin right now), but the issue persist. I’ve cleared the cache as well.
    What should I do further? Thank you for your assitance!
