Failed to get Checkout ID to process payment.

Hi,
I know this question has been asked before, 1-2years ago, but what is the current procedure to help with the “Failed to get Checkout ID to process payment” error at website checkout? I have messaged SumUp devs via the Contact Us form on the SumUp for Developers section of the website (as that section suggests to do), but I haven’t had a reply in over a week to 2 messages. Is [email protected] still a valid email address to contact?
