• This extension is indeed a good page builder but which integrates very many problems and those which could be corrected simply are not. Elementor does not seem to take customer feedback into account.

As Elementor is very well rated, I imagined that it would be much better than my old WpBakery page builder but I had many bad surprises very quickly:

    – regular site crashes (solved by disabling Elementor via FTP), this is the main problem.

    – loading pages with Elementor is very very long/heavy while I have a very good connection is powerful and new hardware.

    – I bought the pro version mainly for the blog function but what is incredible is that this element does not offer a menu that filters articles by categories (confirmation by support), a BASIC option available in almost all other page builders. And amazing, this feature is available in their Portfolio plugin!!!

    – I tested all the elements and each time a BASIC option is missing, which forces me to find an extension that completes the Elementor options. Elementor Pro plugins are therefore in beta version.

    – Lots of unresolved bugs. Eg. : the cropping of the thumbnails of the blog page if you use pagination (or Load more)

    – The support is really very fast, it’s very good, but it has a lot of difficulties in solving my problems, a lot of exchanges and time.

    – What is annoying is that the account (even pro) is regularly inaccessible, you always have to change the password. Still a lot of wasted time.

As Elementor always allows to build efficient layouts, which is its strong point, I will test it again but for now, I am very disappointed.
