Redirect On Submission Not Working On Mobile

    What happens on mobile exactly? Does the form submit okay, but the redirect doesn’t happen? Or does the form not function. Did you try testing with a different email on mobile? Mailchimp doesn’t like testing with an email that has previously been subscribed to a list. Can you try testing with an email that has never been subscribed to the list?

    Thanks Tracy, the form submits fine and we get the message confirming this, however it does not then load the web page it is supposed to redirect to. It works absolutely perfectly on desktop but not on mobile. I have tried completely fresh details and email address but it still doesn’t work
