    Hi @creamdesign ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that you are experiencing issues with blurry product gallery images on the product page, and despite following the guidance provided here, the issue remains the same.

I am unable to replicate the issue on my staging site, which uses the standard Storefront theme and updated versions of WooCommerce and WordPress, as the product images display correctly.

As a first step, please could you temporarily switch your current theme to the default Storefront theme to see if the issue is still present?

If the issue is no longer present then this is being caused by your current theme. However, should the issue still persist, then please also disable all current plugins and see if the issue remains the same? If not, then to determine which plugin may be causing the issue, you can enable them one by one, checking after each, to find the culprit.

Should the issue be caused by either the theme/plugin, please reach out to the respective developers for further help with the issue.

Additionally, below is another article on resolving blurry product images, which may be helpful:

    https://avada.io/woocommerce/docs/fix-blurry-product-images.html

If none of the above makes any difference, kindly share a copy of your System status report in order to have a closer look at your site setup. This can be found by navigating to WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

Once you do this, you can paste your response here.

    Thanks!

    Hey @creamdesign

I understand that your product thumbnails remain blurry even after following this guideline: https://woocommerce.com/document/fixing-blurry-product-images/

However, hovering over the thumbnails on your site, the images look focused. If you are using any website builder for your product page, there would be a setting to change that. To check if this is the case, change your theme to the default storefront theme and see if the issue persists.

Here’s the conflict test guide for reference:
    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

You can test this out on a staging site using a plugin like WP Staging, without affecting the appearance of the front end.

    Thanks!
